I did this two years ago. I go back in a month.

I think this is still the best thing I’ve made in a long time. Which is to say: I haven’t really made anything very cool in a long time.

I made this video the other day. It is the same video I always make only shorter and with some new people I like and without some old people I miss. It is not as good as this video, this video, or this video although it is better than this video and this video. But you might disagree.
The song is “Sculpture Gardens” by The Art Museums. I hope you like it.

[Flash 10 is required to watch video]
Skins used video I shot in their online episode’s title sequence. You can’t watch it in American so I did an annoying proxy server thing and recorded it on my phone. So here it is until I find a better way.
Skins title sequences are the most consistently great part of Skins so having my footage used is a pretty huge deal for me. Plus, if you wanna get nerdy about it it sort of means that alternate versions of my friends all exist in the Skins universe. But let’s not get that nerdy.
All my stuff is at the end and all of it was taken from this video I made a couple months ago. You could watch that too if you want.

I made this my senior year for a video art class. We had to make a non-linear and database-driven digital video. I took sixty or so 15-second clips I’d recorded over the years and set them to randomly play to random songs in order to look like opening title sequences to a TV show based on my life. Sometimes the songs repeat sometimes the clips repeat but it’s always random.
I really liked the way it turned out. I could never get it to work online, so this is my video documentation of it running on an older TV. I recommend skipping to about halfway through (2:16) to reduce the amount of repeats.
