IS EVERYBODY ELSE EATING CUPCAKES IN THE BATHTUB!? AM I THE ONLY ONE NOT DOING THIS? WHY IS “GIRLS” ACTING LIKE THIS IS A THING? AM I NOT FEMINIST ENOUGH? WHAT IS HAPPENING?

One day I’ll write something about heartbreaking twentysomethings (I might call it “Heartbreaking Twentysomethings”!!!) and it’ll end really bleakly only then they’ll all break into song like the end of “Skins” series one (has the show ever topped that moment? Nope.) and it’ll be a super trendy cover of this song.

I am 99% sure this is the best song ever made. Like, if I was a person who was making music on or after the day this song came out I’d be so intimidated that I’d never create anything ever again.IN FACT! The audacity! The unmitigated gall of anyone willing to create sounds post-1978 when this song released is astonishing. Not to say beautiful music hasn’t been created since then. It has! In spades! But I would have been way too intimidated to even try. I would have felt like everything necessary had been said. Because this is the best song, probably. This is probably just the best song.

My favorite Tumblr thing ever Sad Screencaps reblogged me first try! They said it was “A+!” I must be doing something right! You should follow them right away.

“Happy, juddering and glitched - but not so broken that it can not scramble to its feet and run, leaping fences, skimming clover, pop.”

“Paradise Circus” by Massive Attack
“It’s unfortunate that when we feel a storm,
we can roll ourselves over when we’re uncomfortable
Oh well the devil makes us sin
But we like it when we’re spinning, in his grin.”This is, honest to god, one of the best music videos I’ve ever seen. I watched it four times in a row. Please watch it if that fact even remotely interests you.
EDIT: Oh! And it’s pretty super graphic. So don’t watch this with your mother or boss or jesus behind you. They’d hate it.

Drunkenly thanking the creator of “Scrubs” at 3 o’clock in the morning and getting an equally drunk reply is the sort of thing that will make me defend Twitter to the death.

I’m six episodes into “Raising Hope.” Really like it so far. Here are some reasons:
- Not one but two group sings. I love a nice group sing.
- Nice lessons. Importance of hugs and dreams were addressed.
- Great cast. Who are these people and why aren’t they superstars!?
- A Sea Wolf song. What? Hey! Way to go with that Sea Wolf song.
- Cute-as-shit Kate Micucci and her cute-as-shit ukulele.
- Cloris Leachman’s last scrap of dignity.
- Much-needed My Name is Earl closure.
